Lydia Rose Care was conceived by Laura and Julian when they recognised a need for excellent care for ladies and gentlemen to remain in their own home and avoid costly residential care.

Laura Cooke

I started working in elderly care from a very early age! I have worked my way up the ladder from care assistant to Registered Manager. I have a wealth of experience and have completed additional courses to be able to deliver a diverse and knowledgeable approach to care. I have very good relationships with the GP surgeries, District Nurses and other outside agencies in our local area and have been able to draw on their knowledge to help keep care and support continual to individuals.
Julian Fagan

Wellbeing co-ordinator
I have many years of experience within the care sector, domestically, and in care home settings, and I have learned that trust is an integral part of offering excellent care. This is echoed throughout the whole team. Whilst working in the care home sector, many residents would ask “why am I not at home?” and I would wonder what they would require to be back home. This gave rise to the Lydia Rose premise of at-home assistance offering a wide and fulfilling range of services, and sometimes a bit of DIY.

I have been in the care industry for 10 years, and I absolutely adore my chosen career. I am passionate about the care we deliver at Lydia Rose. I am both very compassionate and level-headed when It comes to our clients, and our clients nearest and dearest. I pride myself on being very approachable and I am always on hand to help.
